Emma is passionate about helping clients understand the "why" behind their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours - the hidden patterns, beliefs, emotional blueprints and attachment patterns that keep them stuck. By guiding clients to explore what lies beneath their thoughts, feelings and actions, she supports them in resolving the root causes of their challenges rather than just treating surface symptoms.

Online or in person, this is a process for individuals to explore their thoughts and begin to understand the reasons behind their challenges. Our approach is personable and collaborative, giving clients the wrap-around support tailored to their specific needs.

Our family therapy sessions are designed to ensure that each member has a voice and feels heard, addressing communication issues, resolving conflicts, and enhancing understanding among family members.

We offer support in understanding and improving relationship dynamics with a unique approach. Before coming together as a group, each individual has the opportunity to engage in one-on-one sessions with a counsellor to explore their personal perspective and challenges within the relationship. This allows for an open and honest opportunity to be seen and heard individually before coming together as a group to have a deeper discussion and solution-based plan for their relationship moving forward.
